We would love to see as many of our members and families as possible attend this important event as we salute the year that was — reflecting on the incredible spirit of the 2025 committee volunteers who stepped up and dedicated their time, energy and passion to keep the club running most importantly helped our kids enjoy another awesome year of rugby union!

This meeting is a chance for you to have your say and get involved in the club from an operational perspective. Whether you’re keen to contribute ideas, nominate for a role, or simply learn more about how things run — your voice matters!
