Call out for all 12s and 14s players for Season 2026.
Join our pre-season training program designed to improve every aspect of your rugby game.
We’ll kick off by building a rock-solid fitness base - speed, endurance, and agility - before sharpening skills for the season ahead.
Through this training, we aim to:
-Improve speed & agility -Build strength and repeat-effort fitness
-Prevent injuries through focused ‘pre-hab’ exercises
-Build rugby-specific conditioning
-Incorporate fun, team-based sessions to keep everyone motivated
Our programming is progressive, from Foundations Phase through to Performance Phase, with testing and tapering built in to ensure progress:
When: Tuesdays & Thursdays, starting Tuesday September 9 Where: Northern Panthers Rugby Fields - C.H Sullivan Reserve
Who: Boys & Girls, Ages 11–14Be ready to dominate the season - before it even starts

It’s about that time so make sure you pack your trainers, water bottles and a smile as we are officially kicking off the 4-week training sessions for ages 15-18YO each week split btw Mernda and Reservior.
